Unless specifically excluded all features apply to both versions.

1. Reply with '----' as the label for config variable requests which are invalid.
2. Remove 'nv_names' and replace with config style variables for all supervisor variables to support next version of Doorway which will decode the four character labels to full text in local language. These variables are now all available from any ZON-LCD controller.
3. Add support for Secondary Boilers
4. Add support for next/previous to requests for config variables, gets next valid variable.
